The staff were lovely. My daughter received a goody bag upon arrival and when we came down for breakfast the next morning, the woman showing us to our table noticed it was her birthday and went back to the kitchens to give her a brownie. My daughter was made up! Definitely started her birthday off really nicely so thank you for that! The food was lovely also alongside the room, which too was really nice.

The bed was a little hard and the windows were quite dirty to look out of but the room itself was lovely and very clean

"Decent stay but let down by room amenities"

Hotel is nice and has good access to drinking water facilities. Nice and clean also with a good offering for breakfast. Location is great but parking is expensive.

The family room I stayed in had an old air conditioning unit that barely kept the room cool so was extremely uncomfortable to sleep in the heat. Also the toilet/shower was really small - definitely wasn't very child friendly.

We had a slight issue with our floor level but was resolved quickly without any issues by the lovely man on reception. The young lady on the bar saturday say time was very polite and friendly. Great experience, will definitely stay again.

Windows were a little grubby in our room but wasnt a big deal
