Paralos Lifestyle Beach Adults Only

Located off the main road in Amoudara, the hotel and resort stretches all the way to its spotless private beach at the shore. The atmosphere is calm, relaxed and friendly staff welcome you at every meeting during your stay. Our Room was just large enough so that we could walk past the end of the King size bed, but contained everything required for a comfortable stay. The highlight was a superb walk in, slightly sunken shower, large enough for 2 adults, powerful and never lacking hot water. The room contained a kettle, coffee maker, fridge, 3 wardrobes and a free to use safe, plus the essential Aircon. Outside the room had a dedicated doubles beds, plus just 2 meters from the door was the steps to one of numerous swimming pools that offer relaxing water close to every room. We were situated near the main pool, adjacent to the beach bar and less than 50 meters from the main restaraunt and the A la carte Restaraunt (we got one reservation for this as part of the holiday). The main restaurant offers a wide selection of foods to cater for the various nationalities that visit this resort, the standard of catering is very good (I'm a Master Chef by trade) and is served as a running buffet. I rarely find myself satisfied with the variety of dishes in these types of establishments, but the staff here operate a good rotation of popular, regional and international cuisine. I have to mention the patisserie chefs in dispatches, WOW! The resort is clean and well maintained, great condition and comfortable with a variety of stylish areas, designed to offer a change in scenery within the resort. The sun loungers both at poolside and on the beach are the best I have used, clean and super comfortable. Beach Towels are provided in the room and can be exchanged daily. We were able to get a bus into Heraklion for a day's shopping and sightseeing, 3 euro 20 return each, the bus ride took around 20 minutes each way and was well worth the time, with food, shopping, ancient monuments, coffee, more shopping and a quaint harbour visit. A minor detail that might affect some, our room backed on to the Beach Bar cellars and staff rooms and we experienced some late night noise (around 1-2am). Luck of the draw I guess and it did not detract from our enjoyable stay. The beach bar offered live entertainment every evening, ranging from a singer to a bazouki player, standard fare, could be better but I guess the resort are operating to a budget for entertainment. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, we felt pampered and relaxed and we recommend this resort as a great adult only break.

Das Personal im Hotel war immer superfreundlich. Frühstück (im Hinteren Restaurant) und Abendessen waren immer vielsseitig und gut zubereitet. Besonders das (einmalig) inkludierte Essen im À la carte - Restaurant war superlecker und ist eines der vielen Highlights gewesen. Es gab stehts genügend Möglichkeiten zu Liegen. Ob direkt am Strand, neben der Bar oder direkt an einem der beiden Pools.

Das Zimmer war etwas klein und obwohl angekündigt wurde unser Bettzeug nicht gewechselt. Das war aber alles verkraftbar da trotzdem jeden Tag das Zimmer gereinigt wurde.

El lugar en sí era muy bueno, con un ambiente perfecto para desconectarse. Pero si buscas salir a caminar o pasear por los alrededores, la verdad el barrio es bastante feo. Si tu plan es solo estar en el hotel está perfecto, si andas modo explorador no sé si lo recomendaría tanto. El restaurante principal es maravilloso tanto en desayuno como cena.

El restaurante a la carta tiene una opción de entradas que incluye cocinar camarones en piedras calientes, llegaron con la mesera y no un cocinero o un chef, quedó crudo al centro y mi marido sufrió una intoxicación alimentaria, y lamentablemente el hotel se está desligando del hecho

Nous avons aimé le complexe hôtelier, le personnel était extraordinaire, la propreté il n’y avait rien à dire. Service très rapide, personnel très disponible.

Le restaurant « Armonia » où nous avions accès une fois dans le séjour était délicieux, mais le service beaucoup trop rapide… Aucun temps de latence entre l’entrée, le plat et le dessert…

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die gesamte Anlage war toll angelegt mit überdachten Liegemöglichkeiten am Strand und Pool. Die Getränke und Essen konnte man sich direkt an die Liege servieren lassen. Die Massagen die dort angeboten werden, waren die besten die ich bisher hatte. Preis Leistung ist super gut. Danke.

Die Umgebung ist nicht ganz so schön.

Direkte Strandlage, ausreichend Liegeflächen für alle. Viele Pools, dass sich die Menschen auf der Anlage verteilen konnte.

Die Möbel (Waschbecken, Kühlschrank) sind schon ein wenig abgenutzt.
