Sleep Inn Arlington Near Six Flags

I loved the closeness to Six Flags and the ball park.

I was given a room that wasn't clean/ready at first. I was given another room that was good but the shower has mold around the door. Easy fix with some bleach. Also, the AC made a noise that sounds like furniture being moved. The TV was really small.

For the price it was t worth it the mini refrigerator was broken the room was not clean. $191 for one not is ridiculous for the way the room was

Great staff comfortable rooms 10/10

Halls smelled like weed. Stained sheets. Cut open mattresses. Shoes stuck to floor. Cops called for domestic disturbance while we were there. Unsafe environment for kids.

Lobby was dirty when we walked there was a huge spill. The shower was very dirty, no shampoo nor conditioner in bottles, desks were sticky. The peephole on door was broken out so, you can directly see into our room. Breakfast was ok. But everything was dirty.

This Sleep Inn was not what we are used as we have stayed in these motels before. Our one night here started out with bulbs missing in the lamps on either side of the bed and was missing a few normal amenities, such as shampoo and conditioner. The phone didn’t work so I went to get the desk clerk. He brought light bulbs and large bottles of shampoo and conditioner. The bed was very comfortable with good pillows and linens, and the towels were newer and soft. The floor was a bit sticky next to one side of the bed. I could see where a spill had not been mopped up between the bed and side table. The A/C unit made a lot of noise but did cool. The shower door had about a one-inch gap that resulted in water all over the floor. There was no bath mat so used my bath towel to soak it up. Breakfast consisted of yogurt and waffles. No eggs or meat. I believe there was also some cereal and apples. Coffee and juices were available. The desk clerk was nice and helpful in quickly bringing the light bulbs and the missing toiletries. He seemed to think the bulbs had been stolen by previous customers. A man sitting in the lobby asked my husband for $5 so he could eat dinner. Later that evening, we noticed several men sitting in the lobby and in the breakfast area that appeared to be indigents but not sure. They didn’t bother us. So, this place was just okay. I did receive an email telling me if I rated my stay here a 10, I would receive 500 member points. I thought that was strange. I’ve been a Choice Hotel member for years, and I don’t remember that happening before. Needless to say, this was not a 10, but I’ll give it a 5 since the desk clerk was helpful, but the room was needing a/c unit and shower door attention.

I enjoyed the continental breakfast

It had a very strange smell throughout the entire hotel, one of our comforters had burn holes in it, the bathroom light never stopped blinking, there was trash bags left all over the hallway along the wall for hours.
