Sleep Inn Arlington Near Six Flags

The nightstand didn't have any bottom of drawer, blow dryer didn't work, couldn't call the front office for towels phone didn't work and was not connected to the plug it was just up there for decorations, had to wait for 3 hours to get towels I arrive at 7:15 p.m. didn't get towels till 9:00

The air unit did not work. Room was hot. The refrigerator was broken. Outdated Tv.

The staff was friendly.

There were multiple stains throughout the room. A stain on the curtain and a stain on the lamp. There were stains on the wall and a questionable stain near the toilet on the wall. There was a hair on the bed and shower. There was an orange substance on a towel. The breakfast consisted of coffee, yogurt from Walmart, and waffles. The juice was broken so a bottle of apple juice was left for the guests to use. I had paid for a second night but paid more money to stay at a different hotel. I did not feel safe as one guest was discussing a possible snitch and stated that this why you can sell to her (assuming drugs at this point). Guests next door were dropping the f-word at 11pm. Multiple people looking out the window at night as if they were waiting for someone to drop something off. The pool closes at 8pm for this very reason because the windows look out to the pool. Marijuana was smelled multiple times during our 24 hour stay.

the shower was extremely small, the lamps were not plugged in upon entering room and trying to turn lights on, the bed was awful; the TV remote didn't work, the Iron didn't work, the night shift guy was an asshole and wouldn't deliver a new remote and I couldn't go fetch it as I was already showered and getting in bed. Breakfast was very scarce and the eating are was very dirty. I would not recommend staying here. The room was triple the price and we got price gouged probably due to the concert that was in town. Will book elsewhere for the next event we drive down to Arlington for.

The stay was exceptional, I loved the ambience It smelled so good when we reached there. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly, they got us everything we wanted even though it was too late. The room was big enough and comfortable.
