Welcoming quiet location within a big busy city. Check-in staff were pleasant, polite and welcoming.

The 2 main counters of the breakfast buffet (both one sided and facing inwards) were too close together so that there was no enough room to move through between people serving themselves at either side without almost bumping into each other which is not nice. The free standing counter should be moved at least a half meter into the room. Instructions on operating the air conditioning and the TV (e.g. it took me too long to find out how to show subtitles and I could not find out how to adjust the A/C fan speed.
