Die lage ist genial, das personal überaus freundlich

schon etwas in die jahre gekommen, das hotel „verschwindet“ in einem gebäudekomplex, beim frühstücksangebot ist es etwas mässig für ein 4 stern hotel

Das Frühstück war sehr gut nur der Service der Auszubildenden eine Katastrophe. Hierfür wurden wir bestens mit einem Gutschein entschädigt. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch kümmert man sich so gut es geht es den Bedürfnissen anzupassen. Da der Preis meistens stimmt, gehen wir immer sehr gerne in das Hotel.

Der Aufzug ist seit Wochen defekt. Die Auszubildende aus dem Frühstücksbereich ist sehr launisch und nicht Kundenorientiert. Der Filterkaffee war kalt und die Dame meinte es wäre kein Kaffee mehr da. Da es schon mehrfach war, geh ich davon aus, dass die Auszubildende einfach keine Lust hatte. Ihre Kollegin jedenfalls hat sich sofort darum gekümmert und uns frischen gebracht.

Assolutamente tutto, siamo stati 2 giorni bellissimi in viaggio di piacere con la nipotina, Check in perfetto anche se siamo arrivati molto in anticipo, una visita piacevole al parco divertimento Olè Olè e al castello barocco, è stato tutto fantastico
