Die Lage war sehr gut. Das Design des Hotels war hübsch und modern. Frühstück hatte ne große Auswahl und ließ keine großen Wünsche übrig.

Das Hoteleigene Buchungssystem. Über Booking viel leichter. Geht alles nur mit KI und ungelernte Kräfte. Im Hotel musste man alles extra Leistungen extra bezahlen. Zum Beispiel ein Regenschirm ausleihen lag bei 2 €, die Koffer an der Rezeption verwahren lag bei 6 € . Das war wirklich Quatsch. Schönes Hotel aber sehr auf Gewinn ausgelegt.

Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Badewanne ohne Griffe statt Dusche ist nicht zeitgemäß. Und eine zweite Sitzgelegenheit hätte auch noch ins Zimmer gepasst.

You can reach the hotel from Hamburg Hbf by metro and bus . It is located near the lake and you can see people enjoying with water sports.Reception is nice and the room is perfect , clean ,has daily drinking water , tea/coffee with kettle .Has nice lake view.Highly recommended for all ages and sports people
