Super 8 by Wyndham Wichita Falls

DECENT PRICE. AC WORKED GOOD, BATHROOM WAS DIRTY, FLOORING WAS COMING UP, IT WAS A TRIP HAZARD AND THE SAFETY LOCK ON THE DOOR LOOKED LIKE IT HAD BEEN RIPPED OFF. BUT I KNEW I WASNT GETTING A 5STAR HOTEL SO I WAS FINE WITH THAT.

The gentleman that took me in wasn't very nice and very rude he came out with his phone on speaker the person talking all the time we were trying to discuss about the pets and the cost I was not told that I would have to pay for my pet stay nor how much I would have to pay online. Or I would have chosen a different hotel even if it cost me the $88 to stay in a nice welcoming hotel. He he mumbled and I could not understand what he was saying he just kept saying I can refund your money and you can go find another place to stay. It was late I was tired and I told him I wasn't happy but there wasn't anything I could do I would just pay it $20 each pet which was $40. He never told me anything about the breakfast the time or where it was located he just kept saying I can refund your money and you can go somewhere else I told him I didn't want to discuss this as there were other guests waiting standing there listening to our discussion I was very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel it was cold and the heater fan was very loud I didn't get any sleep it kept me awake all night I finally got up at 4:00 a.m. and turned it off it was as if it were running on high and very noisy at one point it seemed as if it was going to burst out of the wall. I talked to another agent I think he was the maintenance man in the morning and he just said okay it may noise huh well will tell the manager in maybe he can give you a discount I am waiting to see a discount as this was very unprofessional, rude and upsetting. The day person just wrote a note on a notepad and said he would tell the manager. Notepads really don't get to the right person so I am not a very happy person.
