The place looks very ran down and parking lot and building looks unsafe. No cameras or security and the office was rude

The room, including the bed was clean and comfortable.

There was no soap in the room. House keeping did not hesitate to supply the soap.

The room it self was clean

On the website it says breakfast is included but there was no breakfast of any kind just coffee online it says they got a vending machine but no vending machine the TV was crappy all the channels didn't come in clear it had white lines all through them the AC barely worked I couldn't get it to cool more than around 74 or so the outside of the property was filthy some of the stairs were broken and just a yellow tape went across it. The guy in the office was not accommodating when I asked why there's no breakfast or why the vending machine didn't work he didn't seem to care at all. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel worst place ever I highly recommend going some were else it is a utter complete dump

Rooms was disgusting stuff was all over the beds an other furniture in room. I was supposed to get a refund an did not an even after submitting pictures to Booking.com, Booking even refused my refund. My family did not stay here we looked at 2 rooms an I demanded my money back an was told no to take it up with Booking.com that was no help. I'm glad that whoever makes those decisions with Booking.com would have slept in those beds covered in crap !!!!

Asked for room on bottom floor due to wife has mobility issue. Was told non available even though have 30 rooms on bottom floor and literally 13 cars in parking lot. AC hardly worked and there were bugs all over in room and i the bed. I understand the weather has much to do with the bugs but between that and it being so hot because of AC, wifevwentvand dlept in car

The refrigerator and microwave both worked great.

Alot of dead bugs all over the floor. And in corners. There was a big gap between the door and floor so let more bugs in. Couldn't watch TV unless we streamed from our own devices. The room said there was a sofa in it and it turned out to be just a chair. There wasn't adequate towels and wash clothes. When we checked out we saw the day manager went in to check the room while we was still there and he took the dirty towels, and hand towels and hung them back up. GROSS!!! Makes us think we slept on dirty sheets and used already dirty towels. Oh and I had found hair in the tub when we first arrived.
