There was mould in the shower on the tiles Bed had bed bugs as we were bitten at night Shower kept clogging up The room was cold

Location excellent for visiting university student granddaughter. Convenient parking. Clean comfortable room

Instead of a welcome note there was a list of what we’d have to pay if we damaged anything. A bit off putting! Sound proofing not very good - we were disturbed by noise during the night

When we arrived the bedroom window had been left fully open the room was like a fridge. Turned on radiator in room but not working . The your lady on reception did get us an electric heater
