We have stayed here several times. The employees are always great, especially the woman in the restaurant. The woman at the front desk was also great. She got us into a ground floor room.

It was fine. It was budget friendly and my kids enjoyed the indoor pool. The staff were friendly. Breakfast had a lot of choices.

The toilet messed up the first time we used it and it had to be fixed first thing.

"Our stay was very disappointing due to cleanliness and safety concerns."

The only positive aspect of our stay was the bartender made good drinks and after expressing the safety concerns with the black mold the manager offered a discount.

There is visible black mold all over in the bathroom as well as the ice bucket provided. It was very apparent the sheets had not been changed after the previous customers had stayed. The walls were dirty with possible feces smeared by the toilet paper holder. The breakfast was horrible. The buffet area lacked proper cleaning or maintenance. Our air conditioning unit did not work, the phones didn't work either, so I had to walk to the service desk to get assistance on the air.
