Great location!

Central location. Clean room. Quiet.

Extremely uncomfortable bed. Gave us both bad backs. Very small closet and bathroom.

We chose this hotel based on location. Even though we had a rental car, we wanted to be able to walk to most things or take transit. The location was perfect for us. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They have on-site laundry, which was great for us. It is located right next to Byward Market which can get pretty busy on a Friday or Saturday night. There were lots of dining options nearby. Highly recommend the Turkish restaurant a few blocks away. I would not recommend the breakfast being offered at the hotel, it was very basic and expensive for what it was. There are a couple of great cafes in Byward Market and there are other breakfast restaurants nearby. I would stay here again if I were to return to Ottawa.

The hotel was conveniently located downtown and had an excellent onsite restaurant with great breakfast options. The breakfast burrito was delicious as was everything else I tried on the menu. The room was quiet and comfortable with plenty of space.

The location was good as it was an easy walk to everything. The pool was great for the children.

I didn't like the gap between the door and the frame, allowing you to actually see the corridor from within the room with the door open. Only a small gap, but worrying. Parking expensive and had stairs between it and the lift, meaning you have to move the car to unload the bags, and then park.

Accueil amical. Personnel sympathique, poli avec grand professionnalisme. Chambre propre, confortable, calme et bien équipée. Hôtel situé en plein coeur du marché By. Recommande vivement.
