The staff was amazing, the breakfast was great and everything was clean. The pool was great. The restaurant attached to the hotel was wonderful.

Shower drains need cleaned. Beds were a kittle hard and I wish I couldve opened a window. Location is ok, until after dark. Its downtown and some people in unfortunate circumstances that make it a little sketchy. The bathroom stalls in the shower area dont have locks on them.

Even though there were issues with out room (clogged drain pipe and some cleaning issues) these were addressed and we we're given a discount to compensate for the mishaps with our stay.

There we're several issues around the room, it had cleaning issues (dirty armchair, stains on bed runner, dirty drinking glass)
