"There was no stay"

We got stuck in a snowstorm in Sue st Marie and couldn’t make it to Sudbury and tried cancelling and they won’t accept a refund

The front desk staff said they would provide a refund if they received an email from booking.com The email was sent and I called the hotel staff and he said he would provide the refund but he didn’t and he responded with a ‘.’ In the replied email

"Amazing stay at the Radisson hotel downtown"

Quick stopover last weekend. Great hotel room. Very clean. They were just rolling out a new menu and got to try quite a few items. Amazing taste. Great value.

"Acceptable for an overnight stay, if you're staying multiple nights, I'd go elsewhere."

The room was what you'd expect for the price, everything worked, and we were comfortable. The restaurant wasn't bad, the service was great, but we were also the only customers in the place. The food could have been better, but overall not too bad.

There happened to be a tournament in town, and the hotel was full of unsupervised kids running up and down the halls. They were loud, and we were not happy about the noise. Finding the hotel was also a problem; the entrance to the hotel and parking for the hotel are literally right behind the parking garage for the mall. The parking lot is very small and does not accommodate all guests, so if they have no parking, you have to park in the mall parking garage.
