"Skuffende over oppholdet."

Frokosten

Vi bodde på en byggeplass som var rett ved rommet. Ble vekt av håndverkere kl 07.25 begge morgenene. Mye støy hele dagen. Betalte ekstra for oppdatert rom med utsikt mot sjøen, det var litt utsikt. All info på rommet var på engelsk. Jeg er norsk som bor på hotell i Norge; da forventer jeg all info på norsk. Total-oppholdet var svært skuffende.

"Blir sikkert supert når de er ferdige å bygge ut."

Nydelig rom, og god frokost. Utsikten kan man ikke klage på. Personalet var smilende pg hjelpsomme.

Når det pågår så mye arbeid på stedet burde man få beskjed om dette ved booking. Og faktisk også ved innsjekk. Våkne av hamring halv åtte om morgene er ikke noe man ønsker. Og sengen var god men skled litt ut fra veggen.

"Vennlig og hyggelig personale, sentral beliggenhet og god service!"

God frokost. Vennlig personale - ble mottatt av en veldig hyggelig og blid dame i resepsjonen. Vi fikk parkere motorsyklene i hotellets parkeringsgarasje og kunne ta heis opp til etasjen hvor vi hadde rom - veldig greit og lettvint 😊 Sentral beliggenhet 👍

Hotellet var under oppussing, så vi slet litt med å finne inngangen. Det kan like godt være vår egen feil 😉 Vi må kanskje dra tilbake dit for å oppleve Arendal og hotellet når det er ferdig oppusset.
