Air conditioning broken during a heatwave. I Raised this and was told it could not be fixed that evening after being informed an engineer would come out on my 1st visit to reception that evening. There was excessive noise from behind the room. Sounded like pumps and valves. Extremely noisey and didn't sleep as a result. The bar lost the bottle opener and couldn't open the bottle we got from the bar to take back to the room for some time. The hotel said they would refund the room and went ahead and charged me. When I tried to resolve this with hotel after they have ignored all communication Shower Gel not refilled and room dated even though it was a recentl

Die Sauberkeit war unter aller Sau, unser Zimmer wurde nicht gemacht, keine saubere Handtücher und Badetücher wurden verabreicht, das Frühstück, schlimmer als in 1 Jugendherberge, die Fahrräder wurden am "Buffet vorbeigeschoben, wo auch die abgestellt waren, diescgeht gar nicht, ist überbewertet mit der Auszeichnung von 4 ****!
