Proximity to the Calais Le Shuttle Terminal

They sent us to a room that was already occupied, then to a room with only two beds (there were 4 of us). When we arrived at reception for the 3rd time, they then split us across two rooms as there were no other 4 bed rooms available. As a family travelling through with only 1 bag who had booked a family room, this was massively annoying.

"Misleading information"

The email detailed secure parking which we were happy with as we were travelling late from the south of France. This was not actually true. There is no secure parking, just free public parking. The day was incredibly busy with an event in the city and the football therefore we had nowhere to park and when we asked staff for help they were incredibly dismissive.
