They don't have buffet breakfast... Only giving 1 item ex idlyvada,dosa + coffee Not cleaning room daily

Cleanliness is hopeless. Will never recommend this property. Cockroaches everywhere in the room. Changed 3 rooms before settling down with a room that was not as per original booking. Got two separate beds instead of a single large bed as the earlier two room provided had cockroaches running around. AC did not work in the 3rd room after a power blip in the middle of night. No fan in the room. Front desk offered a sorry face. No refund for such a bad experience. Initially booked for 2 nights, but had to cut short and find another accommodation with all the plans going haywire.

The only plus to this stay is the location - Bull Temple Main Road, Basavanagudi. It is super safe and convenient. Thats about it.

I had booked this stay for a night with my spouse as an emergency stay.I had other hotels like President,Pai,Athithya in my list but i chose this only because of the proximity to the venue i had to travel back and forth. At our arrival, the staff took an eternity to respond to a simple parking request and direction. After that, the front desk guy is just a guy,not trained or fit to be in that sit. He didn't even greet us with a welcome nor a smile nor any essential information of Wifi,Room services, Breakfast timings etc.. We had to dig everything out of him.Coming to the room,its horrendous! The room has an AC, a small TV on which 90% of channels are unsubscribed, the bathroom is stained, dustbins not cleared and walls even more stained. The bed was almost loosing its rigidity and the sheets were a disaster. We were given a towel or two by a half hearted lazy staff. There were no toiletries like shampoo, shower gel, moisturizer, a dental kit nothing. The biggest issue i saw were the staff themselves.All are imported from Kolkata or Assam and these idiots have no clue what courtesy, compassion,or how to communicate to the guests.They know one language - either their mother tongue or Hindi, I can only imagine what elderly locals coming in for a stay will have to deal with these Buffoons.The staff are really really rude, they have no sense of how to talk to the guests. How the hell did the owner running this place hire such undertrained rude staff. The upper floors are very shady. It didnt give me a safe feeling with my spouse. At Dawn, when we checked out,the same joker at the front desk, just took our keys and turned back and started doing his own thing.No - 'how was your stay,sir?' 'Would you like to order breakfast,sir?''Have a goodday sir?'Nothing.A couple of hours later,he calls me and says sir the balance is pending,when i paid infront of him the previous evening.How understrained are people here!

The stuff was really nice and they helped me to resolve any issues. The facilities need to be improved because otherwise for the same low cost there are better options in Bengaluru. Bonus was the location’s closeness to the Gavi Gangadhareshwara temple and the old temple grounds which are magical, as well as the Ghandi bazaar street market with its great local food joints.
