Garner Hotel Totowa by IHG

Overall a bad place to stay in. The bathroom had broken tiles, clean towels had someone else’s hair on all of them except one. The floor was dirty. Just grossed out where I would never stay here again

Ceiling was leaking

When we checked into the hotel we had to change room 3 times the first room the toilet was leaking and they wanted us to wait 2 hours to fix the room before changing room. The second room we had as soon as we walked in the smoke was strong in there right at the front door then we went back to get a new room and when we explained that it smelled like smoke she said this is a no smoking environment but as she’s saying that I see someone at the elevator smoking/vaping so it doesn’t seem right when we got the last room it we asked for it on a different floor and it was better then the other 2 rooms

Stayed at the area didn’t have any problems and free parking.

The hotel needs some serious updates. The room was clean for the most part, but everything was outdated. The sink basin was separated from the counter. The tub was old and decayed looking. There was nothing to close the drain. The mattress was old and worn out. The floors where breakfast was served were extremely sticky. The syrup dispenser was clogged, causing the syrup to come out in an extremely slow drip, and there was no lid on top, which was very unsanitary. The elevator had an old smell.
