Excellent location.

Water on floor near window, tile in bathroom very slippery

Location, good coffee, soft bed.

Broken elevator, the air conditioning in the lobby was not set at a proper temperature, the place could use a new coat of paint looks dingy in the hallways

Horrible ownership, management, front staff, attitudes and dont care smerks. This place needs change!

After finally getting to our room and discovering it smelt bad the reception guy was helpful and didn’t hesitate to offer two other choices. Bed was clean.

The hotel is in very poor condition, peeling paint, unkept and overall, terrible. Reception guy was poorly presented and in general showed no recognition of his responsibility to offer service. (With the exception of above) There was an argument going on with another customer, very uncomfortable for me. Checking in took around 25 mins due the argument and other unhappy customer.

Average condition, breakfast was a bust….out of food, coffee….

Checked in late. The room appeared to be clean, but the bathroom had not been cleaned. Offered to be moved but it was so late and we had aleady settled in the room before realizing bathroom had not been cleaned.

I arrived at the Comfort Inn around 12:20am Friday morning. I was checked in to room 230. When I got in the room I noticed a pair of men sunglasses sitting in front of the tv. The bedding had stains and the shower was wet like it had been recently used. I went back down stairs to the front desk and told the young lady that the room was nasty and I wanted my money back. The young lady that was there said she couldn’t give me a refund. She said that there was no manager on site. She said the hotel was full there were no other rooms available. She said she wasn’t feeling well but she could come change all the bedding in my room. I honestly was so tired from working and then getting on the road, and my aunts funeral was in a few hours. I told her okay because I didn’t have any other choice at this point. Now Saturday evening my son gets in the shower I went across the hall to my sisters room and I hear screaming I open the door and he in the shower screaming water is coming out the toilet. It had flooded the room. My son who was naked at the time had to step in that mess to come out the bathroom. My daughter stepped in it when she ran to see why he was screaming. We lost, a pair of Nike socks, grey towel, black bathing suit, black/pink sweat pants, black flat shoes, blue converse sneakers, Nike Air Force sneakers, black Steve Madden purse and an iPhone charger. All of these items were wet from the sewage water from the toilet. I went down stairs to notify the front desk clerk
