The pool is nice, the staff is kind, and the location is good. The hotel is old but well kept and the rooms have been upgraded.
Nuestra primera vez en este hotel y quedamos muy contentos con el excelente servicio de todo el staff en todos los departamentos, limpieza, meseros, front desk vigilancia. Los cuartos muy amplios y limpios, la cama y almohadas muy cómodas y muy silencio y tranquilo. Emocionados los meseros nos contaron todos los upgrades que le están haciendo al hotel y al restaurant con ese buffet variado y delicioso. I always stay at the Crown Plaza Hotels, especially at the one in Monterrey, Nuevo Léon, México. I always add 2 breakfast buffets, one for my spouse and one for myself. The food is always fresh and delicious.
