very quiet no breakfast

Tub and toilet looked dirty, no handle on microwave and unit was loud. Thin walls

This time my room smelled clean last summer 2 cans of air freshener was a smoking room booked a non smoking room

Parking lot will flood and pool is out of order

The only thing I liked was located in the heart of Oxford, MS close to everything.

First of all when we checked in there was a “weird lady” roaming around the lobby and then a strange man hanging around out in the parking lot like he was watching people. And then The shower curtain was nasty and the bottom of the tub had stains and was nasty. The bed linens had holes, stains, and cigarette burns in them. We checked in around 7pm 10/25/25 got settled and ordered dinner. We got ready to go to bed around 10pm and noticed a bedbug on the pillow. My husband automatically went down to notify the front desk lady of the situation and she told us to bring her our key and tried to accommodate us in another room which we told her we was not comfortable staying in any other room bc who knows if they would’ve had bugs too. Then she said she could not give us a refund that we would have to go through our third party that we booked with.

Location and cleanliness of room

There were people hanging around the building that made me uncomfortable People sitting on pool lounges around an empty pool Not sure if they were staying there, homeless, using the free WiFi An older gentleman pacing behind the hotel
