The check-in process though busy was handledcefficiently by Robert. The property was conveniently located near the airport.

The facility beyond the lobby was not clean nor well maintained. When we got to our room it was filthy...stained bedding and dead bugs on carpet. We couldn't stay, reported conditions to Robert who was understanding and promised a full refund. You do not want to see the photos. We had to find a different place to stay, found the Hilton Garden Inn 6 miles away.

Customer service was great .. front desk very helpful

The area it’s located in.. my room refrigerator didn’t work . The microwave didn’t work and the air didn’t work room phone didn’t work .. nothing work in this room .. hotel was booked up they didn’t have any other rooms
