I really like the location of the hotel

I paid extra for a room with a South Strip view, but the room I received faced the parking garage instead. When I raised the issue with the front desk, my concern was dismissed, and I was told that this was the correct room. The staff member I spoke with was arrogant and provided poor customer service.
