"DON'T STAY HERE."

The location.

The way they tried to falsely claim (and then change their story) that we had not cleaned up amd qnated to.cjarge us 100 euro to.put some cups we had cleaned away. It completely spoiled our weekend and was completely unnecessary. No "regulation" was signed, we left it clean, and they knew it. And when I challenged them.suddenly they converse in Italian. The worst customer service ever.
