"Will never stay again I messaged the property about making things right not being notified the pool would be out and don"

Why is it not noted that the pool and spa would be under construction… i would have never paid 310 dollars for that. It was my son’s state qualifier weekend and the only reason we stay is for the pool. Absolutely ridiculous

I appreciated how clean the room was, it was very nice.

That we were unaware that the pool was going to be unavailable when we got there because it was not stated when we booked this hotel. Also, the people on our floor were up screaming and slamming doors at 2am and it lasted for well over an hour.

"Overall a great stay. A little too expensive for a Holiday Inn so I think prices were raised due to a local event."

It was close to the Arena. Beds were comfortable. Linens seemed newer and clean.

The parking was farther away which was slightly inconvenient

Nothing

The pool was closed so I paid almost 500.00 for no pool, breakfast was not included, and there were people loud romping the halls until 5 in the morning after I called the front desk
