"Stay anywhere but here."

Nothing!

The room.had not been cleaned. Candy on the floor, pills in the toilet, dirty towels. I requested a different room. Second room had broken picture frames on the floor leaning up against the wall and the heater was broken. I requested a refund and left. It was the most disgusting place I've ever booked at.

"Terrible"

They oversold rooms and then charged me to fix it so it cost well more than it was worth. The pool is shut down by the health department. It’s freezing in there. Staff is not knowledgeable or trained. Took forever to check in because the maintenance man was working the desk because there’s staff wanted pizza. Breakfast was cold and stale…and we got the pleasure of eating while 3 cops came in to arrest someone. Our screen window was broke and so was the window lock so anyone could get in the window and our view out the window was all dog poop. Should I keep going?!

The staff was fairly accommodating, and very polite.

Unfortunately, a lot went wrong. Our room still had things from the last people in it, there was only one tiny trash can for the whole room, and there was no shower curtain in the bathroom. Also, some of the other guests made us feel extremely uncomfortable, to name a few.
