Location is away from Queenstown city centre. Quiet neighbourhood.

Cleanliness of the house need to improve especially the kitchen. Air circulation in not good, unpleasant smell once enter the house.

"Nice, relatively new place away from Queenstown CBD but close to the airport"

Nice little house, quite new and overall comfortable to stay in. Kitchen, bathrooms and carpet were nice. Close to Queenstown airport (though a bit away from CBD).

There is no aircon and the northern side of the house got very hot (we stayed in Feb). Especially in the small room with 2 single beds - where despite pedestal fans being provided, there wasn’t really anywhere suitable to plug them in. There were some communication issues with the host between booking and arrival but once we checked in all was well.

Location was beautiful

Cleaning it was all spider webs, sugar and coffee in the kitchen was all dried . Not refilled
