Crown Inn

I have stayed to this hotel multiple times, but in the past, it was OK but now they have improve a lot of things. The rooms looks new from outside. They have a great swimming pool. I enjoy a lot. At the hotel, they have a Mexican restaurant and they have a bar which also has a great food and drinks.

The walls were dirty in the room, the bathroom had dirt and hair on the walls, everything inside the room is extremely old, this place needed an update 20 years ago. Only 3 outlets in the whole room to charge electric items. Just not a nice place to stay at.

Staff was accomadating, freindly, and helpful.

No phone in room, no hot water, no wash cloths, no air conditioning, chair had large rip in upholstery; no trash can. Stayed about three hours and left

Standard room for a business trip road stop.

Ice machine close to our room didnt work, our 1st room had several issues, but the staff guy gave us a vetter room after that.

I want a full refund. This place was a living ashtray. The rooms walls were yellow and dingy and the whole room smelt like an ash tray. We walked in and I didn’t put my stuff down. The smell alone made me cringe. Everything was just disgusting and the hotel seemed so seedy. The bathroom ceiling was falling apart, the lamps were slanted, and the bed looked like it would have bed bugs. I couldn’t stay there. I would have rathered slept in my car. Please do not stay at this place unless you are seriously desperate. I have never left a serious and horrible review on an establishment in my life. This place should be torn down and not in business. I want a full refund!

Three half pillows for two adults and hotel not allowed by corporate to give out additional pillows is crazy for two adults.

I must say the woman at the desk when we check in was very accommodating and that is the o ly positive. theBathroom was not clean. It had a wash cloth in the bathroom above the shampoo that smelled because it was not removed from the previous guest. The gentleman at the front desk in the morning barely gave us a hello. He was on his cell phone the entire time. If we needed help it was not going to be him

It was a dump. Stained dirty chairs, floppy bed. Only had 5 customers including me. Parking lot empty. The grounds and whole area looked like it was abandoned property. They should not be allowed to have any guests till they rehab the complete property.
