"A bit of a disappointment"

A bit of a disappointment. Asked for an omelette, which was provided, but didn’t know you could order one since there’s no bkfst menu.No ketchup or hot sauces. Lots of sweets. Limited number of fresh fruits. You had to special order fresh juices.

AC was not functioning properly for several days. It made for some hot nights. Elevators were being worked on for most of our stay. The room had large windows, which hadn’t been washed in many months. Soap provided one day, wash cloths twice. Hotel rest was a disappointment. The pumpkin soup was terrible; supposedly it was creamed but had a sour/vinegar taste. Wines are overpriced for what is offered.
