Holiday Inn San Antonio-Riverwalk by IHG

I attended a comedy show and was having a really difficult time finding parking for my truck. Every lot seemed full! I pulled into this parking area just to see if there might be any availability, and I’m so glad I did. Mando, Ehren, and Jesse were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. They quickly found a solution for me and got me parked at a great price. Their positive attitudes and excellent customer service immediately stood out. When I returned after the show, I was amazed that they remembered exactly who we were and even knew which vehicle was mine. That level of attention and professionalism is rare these days! Management, you have an outstanding team. Mando, Ehren, and Jesse went above and beyond and truly made my night stress-free. These guys deserve recognition, a raise, and then some! Thank you, fellas, for the exceptional service. You turned a frustrating parking situation into a great experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

When I arrived at the hotel, I met Jesse, who was very kind. He helped me with my luggage . When I asked him to get my car so I can run errands he remembered who I was very personable. This is the kind ofperson you want in your front area always. I stayed at the Holiday Inn Riverwalk, and it was fantastic. The hotel was nice. I was fortunate be present when the Spurs won the tournament last night so it was a little rowdy, but I do understand the hotel was wonderful and the staff there were great.

Very helpful staff. Great location, on the riverwalk but not in the midst of the walking traffic. Quiet, stable environment, welcoming lobby and seemed quite clean.

Room was a little damp feeling and smelling, common feeling to aging hotels. front desk sent up a box fan to help. I still hate paying $40 for parking when I've already paid a good amount for the room. Hot tub was malfunctioning and the water was well over heated. beyond a level that the kids and I could handle, my wife could get in after some adjustment!
