"Not a good experience with room cleanliness ! Staff not accommodation at all."

The breakfast, staff at the PH breakfast room and the views from the PH breakfast area were great!

Checked in on Saturday night, got a room with the tub plugged in and with debri and brown stuff floating in it the water. Toilet bubbling and the room was obviously not sanitized and cleaned properly. I asked for a different room and they were sold out and said wait till the morning. Janitor came in the morning, room was never changed and once you’ve seen the filth it was very uncomfortable to stay. They said they couldn’t return the money and go to Booking.com for it. Didn’t have the time to do that as all day was spent in conferences. Hotel is also advised close to Long Beach area but it’s 20 mins from the convention center.
