Palm Garden Hotel

Check-In for co-worker was a little confusing; however, the attendant helped us through the process. Very patient and understanding through check-in. I learned more about Booking.com through this process and am grateful for the help!

It was a great place to be, close to everything , great pool facilities and the restaurant was amazing.

A bit close to the freeway, but it wasn’t too bad.

Didn’t eat but the grounds are very nice and the hotel clean and a good representation of Cali.

It has clean comfortable rooms. The grounds are very beautifully landscaped. The breakfast was good. It had a pool/spa. Easy to find from Highway 101.

Parking fee of $10 for the one night that I stayed. I have stayed at this property in the past with no parking fee. Last week I stayed at a competing hotel in Thousand Oaks……no parking fee. They put us in a back room next to the highway. It was really noisy due to the highway traffic. It wasn’t like they didn’t have other choices. The place wasn’t booked up. Perhaps those back rooms should be better insulated against noise. The room looked like it had been upgraded in other ways. I was surprised at the noise level.

Everything was great. I wasn't expecting the hotel to be so good. The room was nice, the territory was beautiful, the restaurant was so nice and breakfast was delicious. I was trying to find the same hotel for our next stops, but apparently this is the only one Palm Garden Hotel in USA. Definitely recommend to stay here! There's a huge chess board next to the restaurant. We would play if we would notice it earlier than we had to leave
