The room was clean and modern. Breakfast was excellent so good in fact that I had dinner and lunch as well. The staff member Oscar in the restaurant was excellent as well.

The road sounds, obviously there is nothing that can be done about that but there was the constant hum of the HWY 91.

Location is good

The hotel stinks, like sewage. The room stinks of you don’t close the bathroom coz of it’s drainage. Toilet has water marks stains too.

I enjoyed how close it was to the freeway enjoyed complementary coffee, and cookie. Enjoyed the hot tub.

I got charged twice upon checking in despite telling the hotel attendant that I had already paid for my room on the app, she then continued to tell me no and charge me twice Our room was not comfortable. The bed was firm. The pillows were not comfortable stains on the sheets. The door in the bathroom would not stay open and it was very small. Could barely fit one person in there. Jacuzzi was not very hot.

I had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and I want to give a special shout‑out to Nike at the front desk, she was so cordial and made the check‑in process effortless. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very pleasant. Their warm chocolate chip walnut cookie is honestly to die for, the best cookie I’ve ever had! They also offer a super convenient bus service for drop‑off and pick‑up to Disneyland, which made the trip even easier. Overall, such a great experience and highly recommended.

I stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Buena Park for four days and had a great experience overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay really enjoyable. I especially want to highlight Nike at the front desk—she was incredibly kind and helpful and was able to accommodate an early check-in, which made a huge difference after a long flight. At one point I misplaced my room key, and the staff helped me immediately with no hassle at all. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!
