Crowne Plaza Costa Mesa Orange County by IHG

We were first greeted by Alexander. He was so fun and kind. Extremely helpful. Helped us pick a great room for the night and was always there to answer questions. I noticed he made it a point to greet everyone who entered, even if they were just returning. Would definitely recommend this stay for couples. Great restaurant and bar, our server was very kind as well. His name was Francisco! Rooms were very clean, even the bathroom and shower. We loved the vibe of the whole place!! Would come back.

My family’s experience was wonderful! We were greeted and helped out so much by Alexander who was at the front desk. His hospitality made us feel right at home as well as his attention to detail was phenomenal. Our room was in perfect condition for us as were the amenities. If you’re in the area, this is the place to be!

Very nice hotel. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Alexander is so kind and really went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. We will be returning!

I loved it place for my second time staying there. Place is very clean bed super comfortable. I felt like I was in my own place.
