Crowne Plaza Costa Mesa Orange County by IHG

Upon departing I had left an item in the room. I called the hotel directly and spike with the front desk. They said they would call me back with news of the item. They didn't and i called back for information later that day. They then said that the head of housekeeping was the last to enter the room. They had left for the day and would be spoken with the following day. That was 4 days ago and no response. The hotel room was nice. Tye show needs major maintenance. It was a roll in shower. I own short term rentals and follow up immediately. If i have a reason Incan not I let them know when I’ll be getting back to the guest and why. A show with cracks and old paneling should not happen. Maybe their standard showers are different. This was a handicapped shower.

Shower is not as good as other hotels

We checked in late after a long day at Disneyland, and Alexander was super helpful! Check in was less than 5 minutes and he was full of energy even though it was late at night. Thank you Alexander!

Our experience at the Crowne Plaza Costa Mesa was amazing every time! Efrain V was incredibly hospitable and so helpful with our check out! The hotel is very clean, and the noise level is almost silent. As always, I will be back to stay!

Everything in the room and the service received was just as expected and on the same level as stays at other IHG prperties.
