The staff is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I was so nervous to send my sibling alone, but she was treated so well. This is so wonderful to hear! THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH FOR THE KINDNESS AND RESPECT YOU HAVE SHOWN! And I heard the room was spacious, clean, beautiful with an amazing view too:)

I booked for 2 nights, and stayed in 3 different rooms…. First room was leaking water through the ceiling @ 1:00am so I had to move rooms. Second room they moved me into, the AC wasn’t working and felt like a sauna in there. Third room was even crazier. The guy at the front desk gave us a room that was OCCUPIED by a staff member doing maintenance in there.. I walked in to his tools on the bed, a ladder up, and his computer open.. Then he moved me into the next room over, WHERE PEOPLE WERE SLEEPING IN… and then finally, gave me an open room. Mind you during all of this, I had all my bags & luggage in my hand. All happening during 1-3:00am. It was ridiculous. If you wanna get technical, I moved a total of 5 times in 2 days.. I didn’t even sleep in 1 room for 24hr. Wouldn’t recommend staying here and I for sure won’t be back. I DO RECOMMEND the Carté in Gaslamp district!

Standard hotel. A little outdated and the underground parking is not for those who are claustrophobic. Very tight spots and very low ceilings.
