It’s in a weird area, lots of homeless, poop everywhere. hotel was a bed, tv and dresser nothing more. my hotel I checked into was dirty and covered in hair, staff just changed my room.

About out an hour long wait at the front deak, my check in time was after 4pm and finally when my family get into the room. First thing I found hair on toilet seat, hair on tub, hair on pillow, some kinds of rubber ring on the floor, a peice of pop corn at corner of the room and later I found it out some issue with tub drainage with bunch hair. Also I set my checkout time to be 11am but a hotel staff knock the door once and open the enterance door themselves around 9 am when my family was still in the bed. So so disappointed. I will never go back this facility.

Carpet had numerous stains & makes you wonder how clean the room really is while staying.

The elevators didnt work. The one that did you could hear banging in our room. The was a live roach in the room. It crawled out from under a bag that was on the counter. The carpet in the room and hallways was filthy. They didnt bring up anything that we asked for when we called down to the desk. When the toilet flushed it groaned for 5 minutes afterward. Black mold in the shower. This hotel looks like they took an abandoned building. But a face on it and some paint and it became a popup hotel. I woukd nit recommend it to anyone, regardless of the pri e.

I booked this hotel based on the photos and description, but the actual condition was completely different. The carpet was heavily stained and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The bathroom floor had visible mold/algae, and the overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. I felt uncomfortable staying in such an unsanitary environment and decided to check out the same night. I contacted the booking platform for a refund, but my request was denied. This property is not as advertised, and the hygiene standards are far below what I would expect from any hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The good: Convenient location, decent price for the area, and ease of parking (although a little expensive but safe). The bad: No fridge or microwave in the rooms, dirty windows (I really like clear views!), and there seemed to be only one working elevator so the wait was more than 15 minutes, perhaps longer if we didn't decide to take the stairs down from the 9th floor!

The room was a great size and the bathroom was great! Biggest downside was the elevator was out of service so coming home there would be a line for the elevator

I’ve tried calling no response out on hold disconnected . Tomorrow I plan to dispute charges . We did not stay st hotel due to filth

Mysterious stains on carpet. No housekeeping for whole stay. Nice front desk.
