Room was flawless, great space. Nice and quiet.

As I stay for a race event (and a number of athletes were stating also) I would have preferred a continental breakfast the morning of the race. That wasn’t possible. The reception and bar staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und kompetent, im Zimmer konnte man flexibel kühlen und heizen.

Das Hotel war wohl früher erstklassig, ist aber mittlerweile abgewohnt. Die Ausstattung ist mindestens 20-30 Jahre alt; die Klimaanlage ist z.B. noch sehr laut. Der Preis war allerdings sehr hoch - über $700 pro Nacht für ein normales Zimmer - das ist sogar für San Francisco heftig. Und die vormals hippe Gegend bei Fisherman’s Wharf ist leider mittlerweile genauso heruntergekommen wie das Hotel - schade.
