Holiday Inn San Francisco - Golden Gateway newly renovated with No Resort Fee

Loved the corner room with all the windows. Will stay again, in a higher room.

I thought breakfast was included, like every other Holiday Inn I stayed at, and there were a lot of them. This one did not include breakfast and it was very pricey. Not good. That was a turn off. It should automatically be included in the price of your stay.

The hotel was well located for our needs, though Van Ness can be a bit colorful, especially at night. Breakfast was included in our room rate and is among the best we've had as a family that only stays at hotels with breakfast included. The room was clean and a good size with a nice view. Parking was convenient, secure and well priced by comparison to other hotels.

We were able to take advantage of some unusually warm SF weather and use the rooftop pool but it was crowded during our visit and could definitely use more seating.

Excelente atención del personal, habitaciones limpias, desayuno bufet muy completo.

Me hubiera gustado que la habitación, tenga dos camas como había solicitado y me habían respondido que atenderían de acuerdo a disponibilidad.
