Holiday Inn San Francisco - Golden Gateway newly renovated with No Resort Fee

The check in process and the lobby for the hotel was nice. I liked how there was a designated parking structure for guests. The view of San Francisco was pretty good. The room was very average. The elevator was extremely loud, I woke up multiple times during the night because the sound of the elevator shook the bed.

The breakfast was really good, difficult to find in USA. The staff was helpful and kind.

The location was accurate but close to homeless area which we had a bit difficulty at night. Had to use Uber or Waymo all of the time.

Lo que más nos gustó fue el desayuno. Tenía un buen horario y era muy completo. Todo estaba muy bueno y había mucha variedad. El espacio era amplio y luminoso, muy cómodo para desayunar y charlar. Las personas que atendían al desayuno eran muy amables.

La ubicación no era tan buena como pensábamos, pero no está mal del todo. Las habitaciones estaban anticuadas, aunque los baños estaban renovados. Se escuchaba mucho los ruidos del pasillo, incluso de la habitación de al lado.

Location was excellent. our room had a good city view. they had a garage for parking.

the room was not renovated. especially bathroom was old. also there was some hair on the shower curtain which made me feel uncomfortable. bathtub also needs maintenance.
