Unkept, cold water, had a room on the 4th floor and wasted 20 min of water waiting for the temp to rise to room temperature, told the front desk clerk next morning said she would have maintenance check it out that night another 20 min for lukewarm water

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable.

I had to figure out why the fridge wasn't working (turned out it was unplugged behind the credenza). The recent bathroom remodel was sloppy (paint spatter on the new tile). The AC unit was loud. The doors to the elevators and getting into the building were beat up (chipped paint, scuffs, etc) which made us wonder if we were in a safe/clean place.

The restaurant was not really functioning and that was one reason I booked.

Breakfast was terrible and overpriced. Cold, overcooked pancakes and overcooked bacon. Very slow service and I was the only patron there at the time. Also, I couldn't connect to porn with your wi-fi.

The location was perfect for the wedding we were attending, the amenities were perfect. The staff was very pleasant, the gym was great for a vacation workout and the breakfast was delicious too.

the only thing missing was a hot tub or Jacuzzi.
