Staff was great, room was clean. Pool was closed. Booked this as a pool day trip only to find out upon check in that the pool was closed. Not sure how that was not communicated. A bit disappointed.

Towels were luxurious, but we could have used more small ones. Only one chair in the room Fridge didn't have a freezer Breakfast was restaurant-style; we prefer buffet style
