"It was ok but I would go back."

The staff

The AC was on when we checked in at 2:00 am and the room was freezing cold. I had to turn on the heater to warm up the room even though it was in the 80s outside. I couldn’t tho to sleep because I had to wait for the room to warm up to normal temp, then I had to turn on the ac again and try to guess where to set the ac so it won’t get too cold again. The ac unit just has a dial 1-10 Ann it doesn’t tell the temperature like all the units I’ve seen. So I spent the majority of the night adjusting the ac. I was scared we were gonna get sick. Also, the room wasn’t exactly clean. The bathroom was outdated and the walls and floor looked dirty. Just in general I think we paid too much money for the stay.

Location was fairly good.

Blood on pillows, blood stain on comforter of other bed, human feces spread all over pull out couch,roaches everywhere, microwave filthy.

"Terrible and disgusting"

Absolutely nothing first room had stains on the sheets, and the second room they tried to offer had stains everywhere and there was hair in the bed.

Smelled like weed everywhere, extremely dirty, stains on sheets along with hair and stains on couches. The facility didn’t refund either.

"Dirty room and linen"

There was nothing to like

I booked a room for an overnight stay after a party. Uppon arrival, at 6:30pm, i just picked up the key and dropped my bag quickly in the room not checking it. I had a party and arrived back at about 11:30pm. The linen was dirty and the bed not properly made. Looked like someone was in there before me. There was some garbage in the distbin which was a good indicator that the room was not serviced before i booked in. When i reported it to the night manager his answer was they are sorry but the hotel was very busy. I then actually booked out at about 11:45p not sleeping there. I have requested a refund but the hotel has not responded to that. Never stay there again.
