EVEN Hotel Rockville - Washington DC Area by IHG

I enjoyed my experience, but I was surprised by the $6 charge for a small bottle of water; it wasn't even a premium brand. I understand convenience charges, but perhaps offering a less expensive bottled water option would be ideal.

It's a nice, cozy hotel in a very good neighborhood. Nice hotel staff and very helpful.

Shabby and dirty

The property is in a perfect spot convenient to most of what is needed. My biggest concern was the cleaning staff. unless yu request for the room to be cleaned, no one will come in to clean or even empty the garbage. I had 5 nights of stay and my bed was not changed at all. I left the room everyday and came back lake night to a dirty room. It was like this every day even when i went to the front desk to report. i had the worst experience ever in a hotel. The breakfast menu had very limited choices for $19.00, sorry.

The staff was not nice. No microwave and no makeremover in the room. Dirty bed. The elevator was broken with no sign on it. I get into it and get stuck for minutes before firefighter came to rescue. I do not recommend the hotel

I was disappointed in the free handicap parking, only had two spaces at the entrance. Had to park in the loading zone spaces.

Every person on staff was top notch! They wanted to make sure that you were totally satisfied at every turn. All of the staff worked well together to achieve the common goal of taking care of the customer and keeping the property clean and well stocked! I would definitely stay here again, and I would recommend it to anyone!!
