Stayed in a lovely updated room. It was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Decent breakfast which was kept stocked up.

Wish there was hot sauce for breakfast.

One of the best hotel experiences i have had in a long time. You could tell that the management actually was seeking to put the best product they could out for their guests. Actually talked to owner and appreciated his business acumen. He had eyes on the whole hotel and made sure it was kept up completely. Just a good business where you felt taken care of by the business owner and not leeched from.

The whole breakfast food uniformity of hotels with the frozen eggs and sausages recooked. I asked the owner and he explained that it was policy so I guess this is more of a complaint to the chain management. All hotel breakfasts are bland and "thrown" out for guests i suppose.

Beds were comfortable and nice fluffy pillows. Very clean rooms.

NO ELEVATOR. Makes it hard when you have toddlers and luggage to carry up the stairs. It was a little challenging for my granddaughter who was on crutches.
