"Amazing staff and stay at Double Tree"

Adrian at the front desk made our stay great right away before we even checked in. His kindness gave me confidence that we chose the right hotel . Every staff member we interacted with was always helpful and greeted us with a smile. The decor looked great Front desk fresh baked cookies were very tasty. Really enjoyed my stay.

The elevators broke down and we were on the fourth floor . Waffles for a breakfast option would have been great but overall nice hotel.

"Meh should be better for the price"

Location and parking

TV remote was first missing then found on floor under TV table by wall. It never worked right even after changing batteries. Makeup mirror light did not work correctly and had a huge crack in it. Worst was the AC heat system. Either freezing or hot and it did not regulate itself.
