Truly a comfortable place to be away from home.

Breakfast used to be better.

This is a very underrated hotel for UDel families. It is straight out of E. Main St., only a few miles, so way easier to get to than the ones by the stadium, and also nicer. It is comparable in distance from the Courtyard Marriot on North campus without all the cross walks, lights, and one way streets. They also did not fully gouge us grad weekend (but maybe bc we had to book the room for Friday night last minute due to a snafu?) like the Hyatt and other hotels did. I've stayed pretty much everywhere after 4 years as a UD mom and wish I knew about this one sooner. Room was clean and spacious, easy in and out, decent breakfast included.

I liked the room set up

I wish we remembered to grab our stuff from the closet. The closet was so discreet that we forgot we put stuff in there. :(

All of the staff are wonderful people!

DID NOT EAT BREAKFAST HAD COFFEE BUT THEY DID NOT HAVE REGULAR SUGAR

I HAVE STAYED AT THE HOLIDAY INN MANY TIME I BOOK THROUGH THIRD PARTIES LIKE BOOKING.COM TO SAVE SOME MONEY AND YOU GUYS ALWAYS GIVE ME A ROOM THATS FOR A DISABLE PERSON INSTEAD OF A REGULAR ROOM AND I WAS STAYING THERE ALMOST EVERY WEEKEND UNTIL YOU GUYS WENT UP ON THE INCIDENTAL FEE FROM $100 TO $200 SO IF I STAY A WHOLE WEEKEND TWO NIGHTS FRIDAY&SATURDAY NOW I GO FROM PAYING 400 TO ALMOST 700 FOR TWO DAYS I THINK THATS A LITTLE STEEP FOR A REPEATED CUSTOMER
