Lauren at the check in desk was so patient and kind. After a crazy travel day and arriving 5 hours late, she helped us get settled and relaxed in no time. She also helped us learn how to get around town to sightsee.

We stayed 1 night this hotel after arriving in Seattle the day before our cruise. The location is right beside Seatac. We followed the instructions for the hotel shuttle and were picked up within 5 minutes of calling. The driver loaded our heavy luggage for us. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. We found the complimentary breakfast to have a wide variety of options. Our only complaint is that when we arrived in the breakfast area around 6:30 am there was no coffee. We requested some and after about 15 minutes fresh dispensers were delivered. We went for a walk to beautiful Angel Lake Park after breakfast and were disappointed to find the coffee dispensers empty again when we returned. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay and we will certainly book again if we return to the area.

I recommend Hampton Inn for your pre-Alaska cruise Hotel. The airport shuttle worked well and the shuttle will drop and pick you up at several restaurants close by to get a bite to eat. Rooms were comfortable with no problems. Best coffee ever!

5th floor loud humming noise all night. Want to sleep next next to a running semi? NO satisfaction on complaint. Hallway carpet hasn't been vacuumed forever, elevator floors filthy.

When I arrived at the airport, I called the hotel to arrange for a shuttle. I had to call twice, and it took over half an hour for the shuttle to arrive even though the hotel is only a few miles away. I booked this hotel because it was less expensive than the Hampton Inns nearby that I have stayed at several times, now I know why. After I had been in my room for close to an hour, I received a text that told me my room was ready.

The waffles were great as were the bacon and cheese omelette. The juice, toast bagels and fruit were great too! The bed was comfy! The shuttle service was handy!

The coffee was late coming. Although when she put it out it was drinkable.
