Location. Shuttle service

Bed too soft. Didnt get what I booked ie sofa bed

Food at the restaurant is typical Sysco Food slop. Nothing too special except the drinks are good. No laundry service but they state: “we have a shuttle that will take you to our sister hotel to do your laundry” the shuttle will take you to the airport first (despite the other hotel being less than a mile down the road) where you get on another shuttle for the sister hotel (Holiday Inn) and then ride that do the hotel to do your laundry. Then when you’re done you have to call the shuttle to come pick you up. The washing machines won’t take credit cards so you have to walk next door to the McDonald’s to get change. For some reason, the Holiday Inn doesn’t carry change for its own guests to do their laundry. Guest services didn’t seem to be in communication with the drivers to understand this laundry rigmarole. Water is 3.50 a bottle, bring your own. Close to shopping and food. Exercising room is mediocre at best.

The hotel's location is convenient and easy to access. The free shuttle service is a great bonus and worked smoothly throughout our stay. Rooms and common areas were noticeably clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was decent overall, with a satisfying selection to start the day. Otelin konumu oldukça kullanışlı ve ulaşımı kolay. Several issues made the stay frustrating. Despite booking a standard king room, we were given a twin room — not what we reserved. To make matters worse, the room turned out to be a connecting room, which was never disclosed during booking. This should be clearly indicated in the room description so guests can make an informed choice. The breakfast, while acceptable, lacked variety — fresh vegetables like cucumber or anything green were nowhere to be found. On our final night, the guests in the adjoining room caused significant disturbance well past midnight/evening, repeatedly slamming their door loudly. At one point, they even attempted to open the locked connecting door between our rooms, which was deeply unsettling. Konaklamayı olumsuz etkileyen birkaç sorun yaşandı. Bir noktada odalarımız arasındaki kilitli bağlantı kapısını açmaya bile çalıştılar; bu son derece rahatsız ediciydi.

Hotel is tired and needs updating Some staff were not pleasant

If you’ve ever wondered what it would be like to stay inside a nightclub… but without the fun, welcome to this hotel. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room across from what appeared to be an unofficial “hospitality suite” (Room 716). And by hospitality, I mean late-night DJ set. The music was so loud I half expected a cover charge at my door. The second floor doubled as a public lounge/bar scene, complete with random people drinking their own alcohol like it was a tailgate party. Security? Never heard of it. Let’s talk elevators. The buttons on the right side don’t work—but there’s no sign telling you that. So you’ll stand there questioning your life choices until you realize the elevator isn’t broken… just selectively cooperative. My first room was next to the elevator, which means I got to enjoy a complimentary “ding” symphony all night. Add in the massive gap under the door, and I could basically hear full hallway conversations like I was part of them. No problem, I thought—I’ll just turn up the TV. Except the TV barely worked, and the remote volume button had clearly retired early. I asked to be moved and specifically requested NOT to be near an elevator. Naturally, I was moved… next to another elevator. And an ice machine this time, just to keep things interesting. Third room attempt? The key didn’t seem to work—turns out the issue wasn’t the key, but that the door lights didn’t work. At this point, I was impressed. It takes effort to miss on this many levels. Oh—and the hallways? Constantly decorated with trash. A nice touch if you’re into that “urban landfill chic” aesthetic. The best part? You can tell by the employees’ reactions that all of this is completely normal to them. Final verdict: If chaos, noise, and confusion are your thing, this place delivers. If not… do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else. ⸻ If you want it shorter or more aggressive (like a quick Google or Yelp version), I can condense it.
